Basic Bodybuilding and Fitness for the Newbie

If you haven’t given bodybuilding enough thought, then it is time to start your workout routines. Suffice to say, design a workout routine that will challenge your level but not put yourself in danger.  Getting injured during your exercise routine is counter-productive to health and fitness.  Start with a level that you are comfortable and allow some time for your body to adjust.  Likewise add resistance or repetitions to your routine gradually.  There will be slight discomfort at first but when discomfort turns to pain then you might be doing something wrong.
