You might think this is crazy but fats are essential to our survival.  But be mindful that there is what we call Low Density Lipoprotein (LDL) and High Density Lipoprotein (HDL).  Let’s dispense with the jargons and make it simpler.  Eat good fats like omega 3 and Omega 6.  They are usually found in fish.  Some health and wellness companies have come up with capsules that contain these fatty acids and are sold in the market as supplements.  But you can get them naturally.  It is a good thing that many weight loss diet programs take this little health and fitness fact seriously.  So should you.

Snack on fruits and vegetables
I you are hungry do you reach for a bag of chips or sticks of carrots?  I’d suggest munching on fruits and vegetables rather than high-sugar, high salt alternatives.  The natural sugars in the fruit are easily digested by the body.  Likewise, the vitamins and nutrients will help your body.

Proper portions
Eating in the right quantities is essential in order to lose weight fast. Right proportion means eating enough calories to sustain your activities. Of course the balance between calories in and calories out is important to seeing fast results.  But, shedding weight too fast can be dangerous.  So eat but control the amount.
